When the design is completed, you’ll know exactly what you need, where it goes, and how it all fits together.

Most projects include three types of costs:
The Design Fee (for our professional services)
Covers consultation, concepts, layouts, finish selections, and your design plan.Furnishings + Materials (your purchases)
Furniture, decor, finishes, lighting, etc. Depending on your service option, you’ll purchase directly from our curated list, or we can coordinate ordering.Delivery/Installation/Trades + Contingency
Shipping, tax, delivery, installation, and contractor labor (painter/electrician/wallpaper installer) are separate line items. We recommend 10–15% contingency for surprises.
Budget alignment is built into the process so your design direction matches the budget before you start ordering.
